How to brew a perfect cup of Japanese Green Tea

This workshop is FREE and you will learn a lot about Japanese tea from a local Japanese.  In this collaboration with Esplanade, a Japanese tea instructor from the prefecture conducts a workshop on how to brew and appreciate different types of green tea, from shincha (first harvest tea) to gyokuro (the most prized form of green leaf tea). Participants will also learn about green tea and its health benefits.

The home of Mt Fuji, Shizuoka Prefecture is situated near the centre of Japan, and is blessed with mild climate and good quality water ideal for the cultivation of Japanese green tea.
