Wheel-Chair Friendly
Sengkang Sports and Recreaion Centre (SRC) clinches gold in annual design award by being wheelchair friendly and other user-friendly details such as tactile floor markings. It is a recreation club where wheelchair-bound users can literally get into the swim of things. There are two gentle slope ramps enable them to access the lap pool and children play pool easily. Besides these, the gymnasium, sports hall and other activity rooms are also fully accessible to wheelchair users.
The new S$50-million Sengkang Sports and Recreation Centre and Anchorvale Community Club integrated hub was offically opened on 26 July 2009.
It boasts an impressive assortment of facilities, including a community club, a gymnasium, five swimming pools, an indoor sports hall, dance studio and a variety of retail and food outlets such as Brewbaker, 7-Eleven and McDonald. The main feature of this spanking-new facility is the two state-of-the -art hockey pitches. Another unique feature of the Sengkang SRC is its combination of a community centre with a sports complex. It is first-of-its-kind 2-in-1 concept, which affords convenience to the residents and allows for different sections of the community to integrate through sports and fun.
The charges for all its facilities are very reasonable and low which make it affordable to almost anyone. For example the GYM costs only $2.50 per entry which you could not find this rate any other private gym.
It houses the SengKang Swimming pool as well. The charges for the swimming pool is the same as the rest of the public pools in Singapore which is very low and this one comes with many water slides and your family will like it! The swimming pool is closed on every Monday.

Getting There
By MRT/LRT
From the at Sengkang MRT(NE16) station take the LRT Route West to Farmway station.
By Bus
Bus Services: take bus number 323 from SengKang Bus Terminal and alight at the 3rd bus stop.
By Car
There are limited parking lots beside the Complex and always full. You can park at the front of the complex, or at the side of the complex or at one of the multi-storey carpark further away.
