Many of us are “suffering” from the World Cup fever right now and many wish that we could physically presence at the South Africa to watch the matches.   For those who cannot make it there, dun worry as the Singapore World Cup Festival will be the hottest, widest World Cup party ever to hit these shores.  It could change the way we watch the World Cup at home or elsewhere.   Come down to the Festival and sample the  unique and electrifying atmosphere of the FIFA World Cup without leaving the country.

For the first time in the long history of the FIFA World Cup, there will be non-stop match viewings, through-the-night beach parties and a beach soccer tournament with a prize pot of $25,000.

 

The Ultimate World Cup Beach Party

For the entire duration of the knock-out stages of the tournament, from June 26 – July 12, there will a non-stop two-week World Cup party on the beach, the likes of which Singapore has never before seen.

Soccer_ballThe Singapore World Cup Festival 2010 offers a spectacular mix of live screenings from South Africa, and a succession of through-the-night beach parties featuring some of the best and sexiest entertainment brands, acts and celebrities in Singapore.

And all the action will be delivered on on Singapore’s largest LED screens! 12m x 7m LED screens on high-definition, the largest of its kind in Singapore, plus 2 giant 9m x 6m screens!

image The event will also introduce beach soccer to Singaporean football fans in the most dazzling way – with a prize of $25,000 and a place in the national media spotlight for the winners of the festival beach soccer tournament.

For the party-goers and beer lovers, be sure to be there during the World Cup Happy Hour – Free flow of beer everyday from 7pm-8pm!

Tickets can be bought online or at the door. Tickets bought at the door are subject to a $2 admin fee. Ticket booths open from 6pm to 2.30am for Days 1-6, and 9pm to 2.30am for Days 7-10.
