What To Do and Where To Go?
Hurray……..Weekends is here again! This weekends is kind of precious as it is last weekends during the June School Holidays before the school reopens and also the end of the National Family Celebrations. As this is a Pro-Family site, I have handpicked exciting activities for you and your family to save you from cracking your brain of where to bring your family to during this weekends.
Personally, I am keen on the River Festival and the book sales. However, there are so many activities to choose from, I am sure one of them will suit you. All activities provide opportunities for family bonding, fun and what’s more….. MOST activities are FREE!

Family Bonding in the Dark
For: Whole Family
You begin your journey in the dark in a group of around eight people. Everyone in the tour is given a white cane. Anything that emits light or sound is covered or silenced. A blind guide will accompany you every step of the way to make sure you feel safe and secure. Then the journey begins… As you inch slowly in darkness, you come to an open park with plants, benches, and a fountain. The sound of birds and water completes this invisible landscape.
Boarding a boat, you sail down the Singapore River until you reach the city. Moving into town, you will have to navigate a typical Singaporean housing estate and face challenges like crossing the street through the noise of traffic.
The tour comes to a close as visitors are led to a coffee shop, still within the darkness. Here you may have a drink and chat with your guide before ending your journey.

Time: 1:00pm (Time slots will be allocated to families after confirmation)
